Mission Statement

Steven T. Hussey and Terry G. Germany formed Midway III Development, LLC in March of 2002 to assist their clients with all construction,  development and project management needs.  Midway III Development, LLC is a diverse construction/development company, and its Principals have over twenty (20) years of experience in Land Development, Construction Management, General Contracting, and comprehensive real estate services.

Terry G. Germany - Principal:   My role with Midway III Development, LLC includes the oversight of all day-to-day operations, project estimating, client retention, and new business development.  Since I was a young man I always wanted to be involved in the construction industry. I started in high school working after school and in the summers for a concrete contractor.  Every day I would see and learn a new way to perform in our field of work; my employer was always on the cutting edge of new technology in our industry.  This taught me throughout my life to keep an open mind and to not be afraid of trying something new and out of the ordinary.

My family ascended from the grocery business.  My mother and father started the family business in the late 1950's and worked diligently to provide the highest quality products for their customers. The customers who visited our store were always greeted with a friendly welcome, and all of the salads and cooked meats were prepared in our store by our employees, which allowed my parents to control the quality of their product.

I have tried to apply my parents' business philosophy, and the knowledge I have gained over the years in the construction industry, to the day-to-day operations at Midway III Development,  LLC.  First and foremost, is the highest regard for our customers/clients, who are the life blood of our company.  And second is to treat each person with respect, whether that person is a customer, vendor, or acquaintance.  Finally, each project is serviced as if it's our own, in the hope that it's the first of many to come.  Since there's no impression greater than a first impression.

Steven T. Hussey - Principal:  My role with Midway III Development, LLC includes the oversight of all financial activity,  potential development project due diligence, asset services, and new business development.  I began my career in commercial real estate with JMB Realty Corp. back in May of 1988.  Since then, I have worked for a number of first rate commercial real estate companies where I've learned the fundamentals of asset management, accounting, finance, and strategic leadership.  Throughout my career, I've prided myself on core business values such as honesty, integrity, loyalty and hard work.  

These same traits are applied on a daily basis at Midway III Development, LLC.  Our approach is results oriented in that each and every member of our team is empowered to perform at their highest level for every project, large or small.  From our Principals to our craftsmen, we pride ourselves on our ability to complete our projects on-time, and on-budget..and our top quality performance continually exceeds industry standards.
